ChangeLog:

v2.5: Updated to cm_bravo-12. Updated to rafpigna OC 1.8 (now has support for native Wifi tethering/IEEE 802.1x EAP). Fixed voice search and loud outgoing volume (thanks iamgpc). Fixed mediaserver problems on boot/robo voice with audible keypad enabled (thanks Markinus).
v2.4.5: Updated to cm_bravo-11, Android 2.3.3 base (GRI40)! Wifi off/data off now seems to work correctly with the power widget.
v2.4.4: Complete RC1 Integration (including /system/lib/). Still on cm_bravo_full-8 base. No new nightly has been released in 2 days unfortunately.
v2.4.3: Updated to cm_bravo_full_8 (RC1) in full besides /system/lib/. pongster pointed out to me that /system/lib/ in RC1 is what causes the 100% CPU issue. Once I figure out which libs are troublesome those will be upgraded as well. Implemented AdamG's A2SD+. This will most likely stay within the build indefinitely unless there are serious problems with it.
v2.4.2: Updated to the latest CyanogenMod apps and framework. This change brings many updates to CyanogenMod settings, but brings a nice new feature... Battery percentage! This can be found under CyanogenMod settings -> Interface -> Status Bar tweaks. This brings the best of both worlds, RC1 features but without the bugs RC1 introduced. I will update to an RC1 based build whenever I can work out the bugs, but until then, we will be using the latest nightly before RC1 with RC1 framework/apps.
v2.4.1: Updated to tytung r6 kernel. This fixes IEEE 802.1x/EAP authentication support as well as native tethering.
v2.4: Fixed market (thanks crawlingcity). Updated to tytung r5 Kernel. Still on cm_bravo_39 base (last nightly before RC1). With any nightly past RC1 System seems to have 100% cpu usage all the time. Until this is resolved this will be the latest

v2.3.2: GPS works again, changed base to cm_bravo_39 full. I am not sure what caused all of the issues between build 39 and RC1, but GPS did not work and it seemed sluggish due to 100% system CPU usage. Known WIFI problem that results in reboot loops for some users.. Will address in v2.3.3.
v2.3.1: Fixed Governor selection within CM Performance CPU Settings. Updated to Desire(bravo) RC1 base. High CPU usage problem/no GPS works.
v2.3: Fixed CM Performance CPU Settings (thanks to pongster). You can now set overclocking/governor in that menu and no longer need SetCPU! Updated stragefright libs. Last stable/functional for the most part. CPU Governor settings do not work.

Bitte beachten:

-High drain in bluetooth standby (60mAh)
-Auto backlight does work but custom auto backlight levels do not. This started occuring once LED Notifications began to work. They are both tied to the lights library but it will remain this way until a new lights library is available. I feel that this is the best middle ground because to me LED notifications are essential.

Eine komplette Neuaufsetzung (nur nötig, wenn man z.B. noch kein CWM drauf hat), oder empfohlen bei einem ROM-Wechsel:

1. Task 29
2. Flash Radio(2.15 Recommended)
3. MAGLDR 1.13
4.135M System CWM (Nötig für Version 2.4.5+)
5. Install TyphooN CyanogenMod 7 .zip with CWM
6. (Optional) Install Extended Battery kernel, or any optional .zip files

Hier ein Tip von lolhonk für ein Update:
Einfach ein Backup im CWR machen, dann das neue Partitionslayout flashen, Restore machen und dann die neue 2.5 installieren! So empfiehlt das auch der Koch selbst! Also kein FullWipe oder formatieren notwendig!

nope.. do a cwm backup then flash the partition layout.. restore data then flash the 2.5 .zip

Entschuldigt, aber was bedeutet die Abkürzung CWM und wie kommt man da rein um ein Backup zu machen?

Muss man beim Start ne Taste drücken oder wie?

Hi Whitebeast,

vielen Dank für deine super Beschreibung. Hat natürlich bestens funktioniert. Erfreue mich nun wie ihr an der Version 2.5, wobei die 2.5.1 bestimmt nicht lange auf sich warten lässt.

Kleines Edit: Beim 2. Start waren wiedermal alle Verknüpfungen zu den Programmen weg, aber nachdem ich den Akku entfernt hatte und neu startete war alles wieder bestens.
Auch weitere Starts verliefen problemlos.

@Moriathy: Finde es gut, dass du oben die Beschreibung zum Update mit angepinnt hast. Wollt das gleiche nämlich gerade vorschlagen.

Mhhhh, bei mir rödelt sich gerade das BootLogo dumm und dämlich.

Nach Akku raus/rein gehts jetzt!

@Moriathy: Welches Layout hast du denn? Ich hab die Erfahrung gemacht dass der Bootloop meist an einem zu kleinen Layout liegt.

Habe vorher auf das 135er gewechselt.

Hast du auch schonmal versucht das Handy ein 2. und 3. Mal neu zu starten? Würde mich mal interessieren, ob die App-Verknüpfungen bei dir auch weg waren.

Hab jetzt ein paar Mal neu gebootet, versuche gerade die neue Kamera Bessere Kamera für Gingerbread CM7 auf deutsch zu kriegen!!
Bis auf das Hängerchen nach dem ersten Flash, ist alles super.

Das hört sich gut an. Ich werde den Thread mal verfolgen bzw. beobachten. Ich flashe dann lieber, wenn es eine cwm.zip für unser RAM-Build gibt.

Sag mal geht bei euch der honeycomb musicplayer noch? Seit 2.5 nur noch force close...

Bei mir funktioniert der HC music player auf v.2.5, ist aber eine frische Installation. Vlt hilft permission fix unter CWM oder eine neuinstallation?

Ich werd jetzt auf meinem 2tHD2 auch mal diese Rom probieren. (Am 1erHD2 läuft MDJs 2.6 seit erscheinen problemlos.)

Ich hab aber vorher noch Fragen:
Ist bei der Ram- bzw. der Normalversion eine ext3 notwendig bzw. von Vorteil und wenn ja welche Größe oder von wem?
Oben steht ja, A2SD+ für ÄLTERE Versionen, also für die 2.5er nicht mehr.

EXT3 Partition ist nicht notwendig, kann aber hilfreich sein wenn man viele Apps installieren will. Bei der 2.5 brauchst du nichts mehr nachinstallieren wie bei den Vorgängerversionen um A2SD+ nutzen zu können, denn dies ist hier schon integriert.

So langsam muss ich wohl mon diesem ROM verabschieden, weil:
etliche Spiele aus dem Market nicht laufen. Z.B. Angry birds, Ninjump, usw.
Akkuverbrauch bei Bluetooth sehr hoch ist.

Es läuft alles Problem los, man muss nur darauf achten das die Spiele im Telefonspeicher landen oder diese selber in den internen Speicher verschieben. Viele Apps wie zb Angry Birds landen automatisch bei der Installation auf der SD-Karte, und von da funktionieren die nicht. War bei mir so bei diesem ROM und auch bei dem von MDJ.

Bluetooth-Verbrauch ist ein allgemeines Problem und nicht speziell von diesem ROM.
