Die Seite ist normalerweise sehr HTC-freundlich! Dei denen standen noch bis vor Kürzem HTC Desire und Desire HD an der Spitze der besten Android-Phones, erst neulich abgelöst von SonyEricsson Arc... Trotzdem ist dieses Review sehr positiv und gleich an mehreren Stellen erklingt pure Begeisterung... insbesondere wegen dem Speed (gleich auf der 1. Seite). Auch Multimedia-Fähigkeiten werden gelobt ("will be king of the media phones for 2011"). GPS und Akku -- diese zwei Punkte sind auch sehr positiv erwähnt.

Besonders erfreulich ist die Akku-Leistung :

Big, bright screen, dual-core processor, lots of wireless: you’d be forgiven for assuming the Galaxy S II would gulp down juice like a long distance runner after a race. In actual fact, it’s something of a minor miracle. The standard 1,650 mAh battery took us through two days of use – from off the charger at 7am, through a full day with push email active, the display at maximum backlight while outdoors, lots of photography and some video recording, a couple of YouTube clips, GPS with Google Maps, browsing and some calls, then through the night (again, with push email switched on) and through the next day, only expiring that evening.

That’s ridiculously impressive, and we’ll be watching closely to see if it was a fresh-battery phenomenon or a sign that the Galaxy S II really is in the top tier of current smartphones. Even if you really hammer it with your usage, we’re confident you should get a full day out of a single charge.

Fazit:

Is it perfect? No, of course not. While we like some of Samsung’s tweaks – the Kies air app is surprisingly useful, for instance – we’d prefer to see a clean Gingerbread install rather than TouchWiz. How much of a delay that UI modification will force on future Android OS updates remains to be seen, and some changes – such as the keyboard – are frankly backward steps. There are also some annoying teething pains, such as the Video Maker app being unable to handle the Galaxy S II’s 1080p footage.

They pale in comparison to the Samsung’s strengths, however. The display belies its WVGA resolution with Super AMOLED Plus technology that manages to be both frugal and visible outdoors, while the dual-core 1.2GHz processor does a similar balancing act with power use and performance. Together they add up to a smartphone with brilliant battery life and the most future-proof hardware we’ve seen to-date. Layer on top of that a great camera, fulsome multimedia support, broad connectivity and a wafer-thin design, and we’re running out of reasons not to buy the Galaxy S II. Samsung has upped not only its game but the benchmark for smartphones in general.

Ähm, was meinst du ??

Er meint den Button ab Minute 0:20 in dem von dir geposteten Video, der etwas unglücklich übersetzt wurde.

Macht nichts

Hier melden sich die ersten glücklichen (hoffen wir mal) SGS2-Besitzer aus Großbritannien wo der Verkauf heute und teilweise schon gestern gestartet ist: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1052744 wird bestimmt sehr schnell sehr lang werden!

Die allerersten Eindrücke: es ist schnell und sparsam. Und es hat keine NFC-Unterstützung :-\

"The clock widgets don't bring up the alarm when you press them" frei übersetzt: Die Uhr-Widgets öffnen keine Alarmeinstellungen wenn man darauf drückt. Kleinigkeit. Alarm selbst sollte doch funktionieren.

The Samsung Galaxy S 2 is an astonishingly thin, astonishingly fast smartphone. There are very few reasons this shouldn’t be in your pocket.

We love: Android 2.3, blazing speed, beautiful screen and sterling media support

We hate: Camera can’t quite match the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc for stills

Once again, a super thin smartphone has surprised us with decent acoustics and comfortable speakerphone chat.

was bedeutet das genau? The eight megapixel camera on the back of the Samsung Galaxy S 2 certainly won’t disappoint.

Beleuchtung der Sensortasten kann man z.B. flexibel konfigurieren (beim I9000 Galaxy S nicht möglich),
dann gibt es eine lange Liste aller Foto-Optionen (z.B. nützliche "Text Mode" Einstellung) mit Beispiel-Fotos...
usw.

Immer wieder erfreulich:

Speaker: It’s excellent in my opinion – it has a full range of sound, it’s not washed out or “tin-canny”, and it can get quite loud without distortion.

Battery: It’s impressive. I have gone 46 hours and 42 minutes, had it charge for about 30min total (while plugging it into the computer to get pictures, screenshots, and what not, to write this review) and I am at 1% battery life.

In general, though, I haven’t found any issues with lag or sluggishness while using the phone. Even during the initial sync when you add a Google account, other phones I’ve used become noticeably slow until it was finished, but with the Galaxy S 2, things seemed fine. Game play is also well executed – I’ve tried a few of the Gameloft HD games (and of course, angry birds), and everything played back just fine.

Jetzt will ich es unbedingt haben...
Schade, dass wie hier im Forum bereits geschrieben kein NFC-Chip drin ist (nicht das man ihn bislang bräuchte, aber es war halt angekündigt und man will ja irgendwie die "ultimative Version" haben), aber das ist für mich nicht so schwerwiegend. Zwei Tage Akkulaufzeit? Größerer Screen bei fast gleichen Maßen wie das SGS oder Nexus S? JA!
Wenn es nun noch dauerhaft flüssig läuft und nicht nur für die Dauer eines Review-/Unboxing-Videos, dann ist es wohl das momentan perfekte Smartphone für mich. Ein bisschen dran rumbasteln finde ich ok, aber mit dem flashen von ständig neuen XDA-Firmwares, Kerneln usw. will ich mich nicht befassen, da meine Zeit dafür zu begrenzt ist.
