[Kernel] RieGo Kernel 0.6

Hi guys, finally i want to release my kernel.

This kernel is based on pershoots latest source. So it's mostly his work

Contains Lazy governor by Ezekeel.

0.6: -no more GPU OC for now (doesn't work) -additional modules -a few minor performance tweaks -more "lazy" tweaking

Läuft bei mir fehlerfrei.Quadrant sagt 3050.und auch sonnst alles sehr "smooth".

What is SLQB slab allocator? 0.7version has this feature so i m wondering, what is this and what is the use of it?

Slqb manages the memory. It should be a bit faster and maybe uses less memory.
