mnt/sdcard/GPS/broadcom: riesig große Dateien

Hallo,
ich bekomme immer riesige Dateien in das Verzeichnis
mnt/sdcard/GPS/broadcom
geschrieben.

Innerhalb von 10 sec. werden in der Regel über 300 MB !! geschrieben.
Hierbei wird zuerst ein Unterverzeichnis .tmp angelegt, dann wird die Datei in das broadcom Verzeichnis geschrieben. Der Dateiname wird wie folgt angelegt:
gl-2012-09-15-154912.txt

Ich nutze folgende Programme:
- Navigon Navigator
- run.gps
- Osmand+
- die Üblichen: Google earth, maps, Gps-Status ...,

Durch dieses Schreiben wird meine interne SD-Karte zugemüllt, oft habe ich daher gar keinen Speicher mehr frei. Zuletzt waren über 6 GB !!! an Daten in diesem Verzeichnis vorhanden. Hierdurch funktionieren natürlich andere Programme nur noch eingeschränkt.

Auf mein Note habe ich heute frisch auf das aktuelle Kies-Update ICS 4.04 installiert, das Problem bleibt. Das Handy ist gerooted.

Welches Programm oder welche Systemeinstellung ist hierfür verantwortlich ?

Wie wäre es, einfach jeweils immer eins Deiner vielen GPS Apps zu Löschen und damit zu eruieren, welches für den Datenmüll zuständig ist.

Ich würde mal blind auf run.gps und/oder GPS Status tippen.

So,
ich habe mal einige GPS-Tools deinstalliert, bei den anderen soweit möglich GPS-Logging usw. ausgeschaltet. Nach einem Neustart tritt nun das Problem nicht mehr auf.

Behalten habe ich:
- Navigon Navigator
- run.gps
- Osmand+
- die Üblichen: Google earth, maps, Gps-Status ...,

Trotzdem erstaunlich, was für eine Datenmenge das Note so wegschreiben kann.
