This is NOT just Tabletmode

[FONT=Arial]To be honest, this is not tablet mode at all, it has nothing to do with silly build.prop hacks. This is the first and only Android rom to feature true [/FONT]Hybrid mode. This rom lets you scale and project every app, every widget, even systemcomponents individually. Remember, android is modular, everything is an app: Lockscreen, navigationbar, dialogs, popups, keyboards, widgets, and your regular apps of course. Apps have the capability to switch into various designs or layouts according to the device they run on. This can result in a complete new experience as many apps will transform to the better.[/CENTER]
Now for every element that you like chose a mode (PhoneUI, Phablet/Nexus-7UI, TabletUI) and/or a size. You are 100% independent of the system DPI which runs nicely in whatever value it has been assigned to. You do not need to boot your device into a certain DPI. Neither will most of the changes you apply require a reboot. You will not suffer from the myriads of troubles which normally haunt you under build.prop tablet mode. Your market, etc. will all work, apps won't shrink on you unless you shrink them yourself. This project will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the feel of it.

Instructions

• CWM: YOU NEED TO FULLWIPE IF YOU WERE USING ANOTHER ROM BEFORE
• CWM: Install Zip: Rom: PARANOIDANDROID 2.2
• CWM: Install possible Bugfixes: Download (look out for "FIX" or "BUGFIX" prefixes and make sure the build number matches your rom)
• CWM: Install Zip: Gapps: GApps (find the latest one that carries the "jb" tag)
• CWM: Wipe Cache Partition
• CWM: Advanced/Wipe Dalvik Cache
• Reboot and edit your Apps Dpi & Layout under Settings/Paranoid Settings

• Tablet UI: "Notifications" in the notificationpanel/settingsview will now control the nag-overlay. Switch it off and you wont be bothered by it anymore. Notifications still come in with sound, icons show still.
  Tablet UI: The notificationticker (the overlay) had a double avatar for messages. AOSP bug, looks perfect now.
  Double recents SHOULD be fixed now. in rare cases it happened that you get twice the amount of your recents, mostly at startup. AOSP bug.
  Front activity is not hidden from recents anymore. That means you can close the currently running app by swiping the thumbnail away. Also pretty neat for accessing hybrid props fast.
  Center clock method rewritten, avoiding invalid behavior
  Statusbar transparency method also rewritten to change alpha instead of background color
  Googles latest revision 6 has been merged by CyanogenMod. If you're using a Nexus it will probably kill every phone out there right now regarding speed and snappyness. For those who don't, buy nexus next time, or wait for samsung to give you project butter next spring.

Hat das schon jemand probiert? Ist das tablet ui auch so flüssig wie das phablet ui?

Es hat mehrere UI's man kanns auswählen ob man Tablet Modus will, halb-Tablet, Phablet (stock) und Phablet mit Tablet gemischt.
Alle Nexus 7 ROMs läufen perfekt => project Butter. Die Unterschiede liegen bei den verschiedenen features. Ich selbst nutze AOKP aber die hier ist einer der besten ohne zweifel.

Jedoch frage ich mich ob mir diese ROM was bringen sollte ^^

Die ROM ist spezifisch wie der Name sagt PARANOID sprich man hat die Auswahl zu wechseln zwischen Tablet UI
mit Navbar unten und Softkeys links oder ne Mischversion (Phablet-look) ist stock und Apps wie beim Tablet.

Sonst hat sie tweaks um die Benutzung zu verbessern usw.

Tipp: wenn man es nicht versteht sollte man auch nicht flashen.

Naja, eigentlich finde ich diese ROM irgendwie sinnlos, aber mal schauen, eventuell mal versuchen und wenns mir nicht gefällt flashe ich wieder zurück oder auf was anderes.
Die Liquid Smooth RC3 gefällt mir irgendwie (gut ich weiss, gehört hier nicht hin, darum höre ich jetzt auf )

Ich verstehe schon was das ganze macht
Nur wenn man es vorher nicht kennt, dann dürfte ich ja gar keine ROM flashen

Jo klar aber der Unterschied sticht doch gleich ins Auge, hier ein Bild.

aber diese ROM und zB AOKP oder eben das Liquid Smooth zusammen ist nicht möglich, ausser ich bastle mir selber sowas...

Bin begeistert von der Rom!
Nur leider spuckt der Desktop-Modus rum....

sag mal, weiß jemand, ob das Paranoid ROM noch für das Nexus 7 (WLAN Version) fortgeführt wird?

Auf sämtlichen Screenshots zu Paranoid 3+ sieht man nur das Nexus 4 Smartphone.
