- A new clock (in line with JB vanilla) in the notification bar.
- A function called “Dormant mode”
- Google Now is accessed by touching the Google Search widget
- A couple of new Live Wallpapers
- “Palm swipe” lets you take a screenshot
- Reboot into “safe mode” (maybe just in test release)
- There’s probably more new features that we haven’t discovered yet. Please share your findings![/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]We also had some troubles, for instance the internal SDCARD got formatted and some apps can’t be installed due to problems with smdl2tmp1.asec (which can’t be found at all). These problems could also be local to the specific device. A good suggestion is to make backup of everything prior flash[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]Inside the download package you only will see the PDA code.
We have no CSC or MODEM file of this firmware. So please make sure you know what you do! It is possible to flash this on a csc and modem from ICS.[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]You can find the firmware by OPEN Europe in the download section
We reported this firmware with WARNING code because this is a LEAK and not an OFFICIAL KIES release![/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]ADVICE of SamMobile is wait for 15 days to get the official updates by KIES or OTA!!!![/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]But for developers this might be the key for a full working rom they are developing.[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]Flash instructions.
- Make sure to have an ORIGINAL rom before attempting to flash. (could brick if not)
- Unzip the file
- Open Odin 1.85
- Restart phone in download mode (Home+power+vol down)
- Connect phone and wait until you get a yellow sign in Odin
- Add CODE_I9300XXDLG4_11164_REV00_eng_mid_noship.tar.md5 to PDA
- Make sure re-partition NOT ticked
- Start flash, sit back an wait a few minutes.
- Once the phone have booted, you’ll probably get into a boot loop.
- Remove the battery and put it back again.
- Boot into recovery mode (Home+power+vol up)
- Choose to wipe/factory reset. (THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR DATA!)
- Reboot. and you are good to go! (hopefully)[/FONT]

Was ich noch sagen muss .. ich habe mich in der Tat geirrt und zwar dachte ich, dass Samsung Google Now nicht implementiert und sie haben es doch getan! S Voice + Google Now.

Noch 20% und ich füg oben einen Mirror ein.

Übrigens sagt Chainfire, der Triangle away Funktioniert gut mit Jelly Bean.

Habs grad selber gesehen das nur 1 teilig ist und die alten csc usw drauf bleiben..

hat wer schon das problem mit smdl2tmp1.asec gelöst? Die Datei befindet sich unter /sdcard/.android_secure oder
/mnt/secure/asec/. Wenn man sie löscht wird sie bei der installation einer app aus dem play store wieder sauber erstellt und sollte keine probleme mehr verursachen. kann sein das da noch ein lock drauf ist darum der fehler.

getestet habe ich es noch nicht aber müsste funktionieren.

No, on JB, non-root apps are NOT allowed to read system logs. It's amazing how many people tell me they can, when both various developers from the Android Developer team confirm this is no longer allowed, as well as test projects. The READ_LOGS permission will no longer be granted to 3rd party apps. Tested on three different devices running JB (2 official 1 leak), an app will only see ITS OWN events in the logs, not system-wide events. Yes, this will break various apps, pushing some of them into the root space. End of story. Stop telling me it isn't true. Take it up with Android Developers

Kurz gefasst. Apps die keine Rootrechte haben können jetzt nicht mehr auf die kompletten Systemlogs zugreifen, sondern nur auf ihre eigenen? Oder hab ich was falsch verstanden? ^^

Habs mal drauf geflasht. Project Butter ist spürbar, Google Now funktioniert soweit gut und der Browser hat sich auch etwas verbessert. Bis jetzt keine Probleme. Aber was sind schon 20 Minuten testen...

Wie macht sich denn die Butter bemerkbar?
Bei mir geht derzeit alles aüsserst Flutschig.

Besser nicht aber ein Unterschied ist da. Die Rate ist höher und es fühlt sich stabiler an xD

Zum einen ist es der Animationsstil der Konsistenter wirkt und zum anderen ganz klar die Reaktionszeit nach einer Aktion. Die Animationen scheinen besser auf die Bewegung kalibriert zu sein. Mit einem Swipe über die ganze Breite des Screens scheint das UI weiter zu scrollen als bisher. Es wirkt dadurch etwas "hektischer" erlaubt powerusern aber einen angenehmen arbeitsfluss.

Man muss es schon selber ausprobieren um es zu verstehen

Ergänzung. Es scheint mehr ruckler zu geben, eventuell wird noch der ics hwcomposer verwendet.

Kostenpflichtige Apps lassen sich nicht installieren

Wenn recovery/download nicht funktioniert, keine Angst. Akku rausnhemen und wieder einsetzen behebt das Problem. Eventuell mehrmals nötig.

Stabilitätsprobleme und ruckler

Bei einigen kommt es zu FC der dialer app (Telefon) und Kontakte.
