    f2fs:
    Wie oben erwähnt, dieser Kernel unterstützt voll und ganz f2fs. Ihr könnt über das PhilZ Touch Recovery wahlweise Partitionen in f2fs konvertieren, Download wird auf arter97.com zur Verfügung gestellt. Erwartet nicht das das TWRP Recovery mit f2fs funktioniert, der TWRP Maintainer ignoriert leider die Anfragen zur TWRP Source. Ihr solltet immer das PhilZ Touch Recovery verwenden, nachdem Ihr auf f2fs gestellt habt.

    Wechsel auf f2fs:
    Bei diesem Schritt wird ein Werksreset durchgeführt. Sichert Eure Daten bevor Ihr auf f2fs wechselt. Ihr könnt das PhilZ Recovery nutzen um ein Backup der ursprünglichen ext4 Data Partition zu erstellen, welches Ihr nach der Umstellung auf f2fs wieder einspielen könnt.

    1. Install normal ClockworkMod (or PhilZ) recovery
    2. Put arter97 recovery on you SD card
    3. Enter recovery
    4. Flash recovery
    5. Reboot recovery
    6.1 Select "Mounts and Storage"
    6.2. Select "toggle f2fs <-> ext4 migration"
    6.3. Select "format /cache"
    6.4. Select "f2fs"
    6.5. Select "Yes - Format device"
    7.1. Select "format /data and /data/media (/sdcard)"
    7.2. Select "Yes - Format"
    7.3. Select "f2fs"
    7.4. Select "Yes - Format device"
    8. Reboot

    Customizing kernel:
    Ihr könnt die App Synapse aus dem Play Store installieren um UV und OC durchzuführen.
    To control some core kernel parameters, create /sdcard/arter97 as a directory and do the followings

    --- Enable Adaptive LMK ---
    Enabling Adaptive LMK will increase responsiveness at the cost of reduced multitasking capabilities and battery life.
    Create a text file with 1 letter "0" under /sdcard/arter97 named "adaptive_lmk" and reboot

    --- Disable LED fade ---
    If you have issues with other 3rd-party LED controlling apps, try disabling it.
    Create a text file with 1 letter "0" under /sdcard/arter97 named "fade_led" and reboot

    Mit welcher Version hattest Du die Reboots? Die v3.5 läuft ohne Probleme bei mir, aber mit der arter97 ROM Base.

    Du hast ja das S6 leider nicht mehr oder? Die Capsule ROM in Kombie mit dem Kernel ist akkumässig der Hammer, hab bis jetzt, nach dem flashen in 8,5 Std Laufzeit unter Vollbetrieb nur 13% Akku verbrauch.

    Als ich deinen Kommentar laß bezüglich Arter Kernel und Capsule ROM habe ich mir die Kombi mal auf mein Edge gezimmert. Hat der Dev dieser Rom die DPI geändert? Ich bin zwar nicht blind, aber die Schrift und so ist mir zu klein. Falls ja, kann man das wieder ändern zu den Standardeinstellungen?

    Ja, die DPIs sind minimals anders, das liegt aber wohl an dem Grössenunterschied des Displays beim Note 5 und S6 Edge +. In den Einstellungen unter Anzeige/Schriftgröße ist die grösse allerdings auch kleiner wie Standard eingestellt, das kannst Du ändern.

    Ich möchte mit die ROM gerne flashen ?
    Welchen Kernel brauche ich genau ? Gibt ja vom arter97 verschiedene Versionen.
    Habe die Schweizer Version Samsung Galaxy S6 G920F.

    Sollte ich den Bereich mit sichern?
    Wieso ist der Bereich bei mir ca 3Gb groß?
    Gibt es in twrp eine Möglichkeit datamedia zu sichern?

    Wenn ich über twrp oder Philz ein Backup auf einem Otg USB mache uns danach neu starte, bekomme ich an Speicher beschädigt. Was kann das sein?

    Habe schon paar mal Informatiker und auch mal ein anderen USB probiert...

    Unter "Advanced Backup" hast du die Möglichkeit alle Partition zu sichern die du möchtest. Data, System und internen Speicher. Das Backup solltest Du auf dem internen Speicher erstellen lassen und dann auf dem PC sichern. Zur Systemgrösse, das ist richtig, dass ist ca 3 GB groß.

  19. Was wäre wenn ich nur System sichern würde wie früher und Systeme R/O weg lasse?*

    Ich habe mit dem Verschieben von back up's auf Windows pc's schlechte Erfahrungen gesammelt. Es gibt beim hin und her verschieben immer Probleme wegen den Formatierungen ( folgende Meldung meine ich: wollen sie die Datei ohne Einstellungen verschieben?)

    Ich hab eigentlich noch nie Probleme mit dem Sichern der Backups auf dem PC gehabt - egal welches Betriebssystem.
    Meine Sicherung sieht so wie auf dem Bild aus. Ist zwar noch ein älteres TWRP, aber ist ja egal.
