Habe hier ein nettes kleines Tool gefunden mit dem man System Apps einfrieren bzw. löschen kann.
Ausserdem ist es in der Lage System Apps die geupdatet wurden, wieder ins System zu schieben.

Meistens werden die Updates von SystemApps doppelt gelagert.

Ausserdem kann man direkt ODEXen mit der APP ...sehr genial..
Leider ist GUI nicht ganz mein Fall, aber man findet sich nach ein paar Versuchen zurecht...

Kleine Beschreibung:
This App can move updated Systemapps Like Maps,Market or Search, back to /system/app and save space on /data/app
