Hi,
kurze Frage hierzu....da ich mein nagelneues S3 hier liegen habe (leider gebrandet)....
Ich debrande das S3 (ich denke das mache ich besser per Odin ?
Und danach starte ich das Toolkit hier und gehe in Root....und da dann auf Nummer 3....das ist soweit korrekt ja ?
Mehr muss ich dann nciht machen ?
Sorry dass ich das so hinterfrage....hatte vorher mein HTC Desire da musste man noc heiniges mehr für Root und S-Off machen

Das geht genauso wie eine Firmware flashen.
Ansonsten ja, Toolkit nutzen.

S-Off kennt man als Samsung User nicht.

Habe nun das Galaxy S3 bekommen und will es jetzt rooten. Aber das Lesen der diversen Anleitungen verwirrt mich nur noch mehr, obwohl ich die Brain.exe gestartet habe....

Der Einfachkeit halber wollte ich das S3 mit dem hier beschriebenen Toolkit rooten. Treiber sind installiert und wollte jetzt die Root Option auswählen, da bringen maseltrdf und spline durcheinander.

Also, kann ich jetzt direkt per Toolkit rooten oder MUSS ich erst der von spline genannten Anleitung zuerst folgen?

Gibt es "irgendwas" zu beachten, um das SGS3 mit dem Toolkit zu rooten?

IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE THIS TOOLKIT TO ROOT OR FLASH CUSTOM RECOVERY ON A SNAPDRAGON MODEL SGS3 AS THE INCLUDED IMAGES WILL NOT WORK ON IT.

Gibt es in der CH ein SNAPDRAGON MODEL? Wenn ja, wie weiss ich ob ich ein solches habe

habe es gefunden, danke. Habe "zum Glück" einen exynos4.

Hat einer 'ne Ahnung wie man dieses Toolkit startet? Bei mir kommt immer nur ganz kurz ein DOS-Fenster aufgepoppt. Hab auch Leerzeichen bei der Installation vermeidet.

Hab ein Problem mit der Treiberinstallation unter XP SP3: Habe die USB Treiber fertig installiert, danach das S3 per USB angeschlossen - doch anstatt dass das Handy erkannt und die Treiber installiert werden, poppt immer wieder so ein "MTP Media Player" auf..

Weiter passiert nichts, es taucht weder die "Serial" im Toolkit, noch die SD-Karte und der Telefonspeicher im Explorer als zusätzliche Festplatte auf...

Habe auch schon die Treiber mehrere Male de- und neu installiert, den Rechner hoch und runter gefahren, Handy aus- und wieder angemacht, bei den USB Einstellungen im Handy selber von "Mediengerät" auf "Kamera" umgestellt (anstelle des MTP Players poppt dann ein Fenster "Kamera erkannt" auf) - nichts....
