ich würde an deiner stelle zu erst immer dort suchen, also bei den xda`s.

denn eigentlich kommt inhaltlich 90% oder mehr unseres "root&rom" forums von denen.

gerade was modding (hübsch machen) angeht findest du dort endlos stuff und hier ziemlich wenig!

mit anderen worten... dort findest du viel, viel, viel mehr als hier zu eigentlich jedem thema!

Die 2.5 hat bei mir mit goa 2.0 auf kk5 Basis den Akku quasi weggefressen ca 12h weniger Laufzeit mit der 2.5.1 wachte mein Handy heute morgen schon wieder nicht auf, der 2.3 läuft bei mir ganz gut muss ich sagen auch wenn die Frequenzen immer zappeln

Ist ja auch eigentlich logisch. Aber ich bin einfach davon ausgegangen, dass ich das 'alte Teil' dort nicht finden werde ...

WARNING: this version has some undervolting/underclocking as default and it may not work on your phone.

Zu der Aussage kann ich nichts sagen, hab die Version noch nicht drauf, da ich anderweitig noch am Testen bin!!!

Changelog:

• fixed scaling_max_frequency reverting back to stock (1200MHz) for samsung roms. you will be able to use voltage control app without manually editing the generated script or use any other init.d script to set scaling_max_frequency.
• increased the total battery life about 10% (this is the placebo part ). Kernel parameters are tweaked to increase battery life while keeping antutu benchmark score ~6000 with 200-1200MHz.
• default governor is set to ondemandx (with default screen of sleep profile of 500MHz)
• default i/o scheduler is sio
• default cpu & gpu undervolting+underclocking
• increased hotplug sampling interval when the screen is off and when the second core is not active.
• decreased the lowest level of screen brightness. if you don’t like it, simply set min_bl to 0 by using an init.d script. however, if you prefer battery life you won’t complain about it much.
• second core will be activated only on a high load (games, benchmarks etc)
• disabled mali agressive scaling policy. we are now using 100MHz as the first gpu clock step and want to go back to that step faster.

Kann ich bestätigen, ziemlich lange Standbilder bei der Wiedergabe. Erst bei 1280x720 läufts wieder flüssig.

If you have problems with v2.5.2b, use this version. If not, don’t.

Changelog:

• same features as in v2.5.2b but with the following exceptions:
• no default undervolting. all voltages & clock values are the same as stock
• SLAB (SLUB in 2.5.2b)
• disabled CONFIG_RCU_FAST_NO_HZ
• android logger is enabled (in v2.5.2b, you have to flash EnableLogger.zip to enable it)

hab jetzt mal die 2.5.2 in Verbindung mit Goa 2.0 drauf.
Merkliche Verbesserung gegenüber dem CF Kernel.
Seid Gestern Abend ... noch kein Bug ... läuft rund.

Der Android Logger is ein Teil des Kernels, der wichtige Systemereignisse mitloggt. Für den Otto-Normal-Verwender im Grunde recht unnütz, ist eher für Entwickler und Fehlersuche interessant.

Einige Root-Anwendungen, mit denen man andere Apps kontrollieren kann, brauchen aber einen eingeschalteten Logger um zu funktionieren. Diese Tools schauen im Grunde nur im Log, welche Anwendung was macht / machen will und reagieren dann mit den vom Benutzer eingestellten Parametern.

Ohne Log "sehen" diese Apps keine Aktivität der Programme und sind daher total nutzlos.

Changelog:
Moved some big files (which are not frequently used, i.e. CWMManager.apk, ntfs-3g, superuser files) to the end of the kernel image as a payload. They are uncompressed as needed (one time mostly). This change will decrease boot time.
Re-enabled the init delay of ondemand and some code changes to keep the cpu running at 1200MHz which will also decrease the boot time.
Configurable MALI thresholds
Configurable (more) hotplug parameters such as sampling rate.
New CWM flashable zip files: “siyah-battery.zip”, “siyah-performance.zip” and “siyah-defaults.zip”. No more different flashable kernels because we almost have all necessary parameters configurable.
android logger is compiled as a module but loaded as default (also in recovery). if you don’t like it or think that it causes slowdowns you can unload that module (rmmod)
removed charge current settings because it seems that we don’t have max8997 but max8922. the device files are kept not to break any compatibility with voltage control app or custom scripts.
Not released yet.

2.6 ist überhaupt noch nicht raus !!!
Wie kannst es dann haben?
