Zune customers who use a credit card for Zune purchases can store information about multiple credit cards online. When you purchase points or renew a subscription, you can select which credit card you want to use. To add a credit card, use one of the following methods.
* Method 1: Use the Zune software to update and to add credit cards
1. Start the Zune software.
2. If you are not signed in, click Sign In, and then sign in by using your Windows Live ID.
3. Click Settings, and then click Account.
4. Click My Account. The Account Management window opens.
5. Click Billing Information.
6. Review and update your personal information by selecting Go to personal Information. Then, select Edit Personal Information. If you have to only modify an existing payment method, you can select the method from Your Payment Methods on the Personal Information page.
Note Make sure that you first select your Zune Account on the M Microsoft Billing Account list.
7. If you have to remove or add a payment method, return to the Billing home page. On the Billing home page, click the payment method that you want to change under Your payment methods.
8. Under Payment method activity, click Go to payment method information.
9. Under Payment method information for this account, click Use a different payment method or Edit Payment Method Information. Then, follow the steps to add or modify the payment method.
* Method 2: Use Zune.net to update and to add credit cards
1. Visit the following Zune Web site:
