Wenn es eine neue Firmware zum Microsoft Surface Pro 3 gibt könnt Ihr dies gern hier informieren.
Bitte versucht (wenn bekannt) Änderungen, Fixes (Changelog) aufzuführen.

Hi zämme
Ich gehöre wohl zu den Unglücklichen, ich hatte bisher keinerlei Störungen, aber seit der FW Update vom 9.9. muss ich jedesmal nach einem Wakeup die WLAN Verbindung trennen und neu verbinden... sonst keine Connections.
Bluetooth geht aber immer, z.B. mit dem Stift kann ich das Tablet wecken.

Kann man die FW Update rückgängig machen?

Da hast du noch "Glück". Bei mir nach dem Update ist das Wi-Fi komplett ausgefallen. Was hilft ist die Updates zurück zu setzten. Ja, Das geht und hilft. Aber natürlich bestimmt nicht im Sinne des Erfinders.

Habe das Update heute ebenfalls installiert. Nun ist mir mein Surface bereits zweimal eingefroren und musste durch langes Drücken der Einschalttaste ausgeschalten werden.

Ich hatte allerdings auch nie WLAN Probleme. Somit merke ich nichts.

Eigentlich eine Schande von Microsoft, dass in diesem Treiber-Paket noch immer der uralte 10.18.10.3496 mitgeliefert wird. Der Treiber ist immerhin vom 27.03.2014!

Dabei wären die Vorteile von einem neueren Treiber doch deutlich spürbar. Selbst ein altes Sony Notebook, und das erste Lenovo Yoga hat bereits seit Wochen der aktuellste Treiber. Die Hersteller haben wesentlich mehr Geräte die sie unterhalten müssen, MS schafft es nichtmal ihr einziges Surface zu unterhalten.

intel treiber ist nun auf stand 4029 - das ist der neueste (am 12.1.15 veröffentlicht).

surface sollte nun also deutlich mehr grafik power haben und eventuell auch bessere akku laufzeiten.

Endlich.
"Improved video playback through partial hardware acceleration support for the VP9 video format." Ist gut, muss ich heute Abend gleich mal testen ob sich die Auslastung bei Youtube verändert. Bisher wurde das Gerät doch recht schnell warm und entsprechend hörbar bei hochauflösenden Videos im VP9 Format.

Samsung hat ein Firmware-Update für die SSD's im Surface Pro 3 freigegeben. Dies steigert die Leistung der SSD. Wenn die Firmware der SSD aktualisiert wird, kann es natürlich zu Datenverlusten kommen. Daher sollte man vorher auf jeden Fall ein Backup der unentbehrlichen Daten machen. Bei mir lief das Update ohne Probleme. Das Update selber geht relativ schnell, die Schritte danach dauern aber ein bisschen. Hier ein paar Screenshots von meinem Update:

Hm. Keine Ahnung. Aber der Downloadlink funktioniert noch und Probleme gabs bis jetzt auch noch nicht. Wer weiß.
