HTC Eternity ( Titan )

.. wurde grade bei Engadget angekündigt. Was für ein Monster (4.7" mit leider nur bescheidenen 800x480), aber wenigstens mit Mango

Hoffe doch mal das da sich noch was ändern wird. Der Akku soll schon mal größer sein. Und ich rechne fest Mo einer höheren Auflösung wie ach 1080p Aufnahmen. Denn der 1,5 Prozessor soll Aufnahmen bis 16 Megapixel und 1080p Aufnahmen ermöglichen. Und bei 4,7" sollte dr Rand am Display geringer bzw. dünner sein. Denn jetzt sind 4,3" schon sehr groß. Hoffe das da noch bessere Spezifikationen kommen. Im Detail wird es wohl ähnliche Specs wie das Sensation haben nur mit Windows Phone 7. Aber natürlich besser als Android.

Obwohl 7 Megapixel auch schon sehr gut sind. Hoffe das wenn vor allem der Akku auch viel langer durchhält. Denn die aktuelle Performance bem HD7 Akku ist zu wenig.

Reicht sicher aus aber standard sind eig Dualcore mit 1,2 Ghz und ob es mit 4,7 Zoll auch ned zu groß wird ....
Aba es hört sich doch schon toll an !!

weiß man mittlerweile was neues!? ich steh total auf das teil und ich hab echt kein bock mehr darauf zu warten

Leider nicht, wie bei allen neu angekündigten Geräten sind die Informationen dazu rar.
Kann man nur hoffen das es bald mal fest definiert wird.

für WP7 brauchste kein Dual-Core, da langen die 1,5 GHZ dicke!!!

We've heard of several names for future HTC Windows Phone devices, and at least a few of them should be materializing as we start to see more Mango hardware arrive. Earlier this month, two of them showed up with the Bluetooth SIG, the PI06XXX and PI39XXX varieties. While it was nice to see that some of those code names we heard of were becoming hardware tasked for release, we didn't glean much out of the find. We're still looking for more information on these smartphones, and as if to help us out, today the FCC published the certification paperwork for one such model, the HTC PI39110.

Knowing that model number will make identifying future information on the phone a little easier, but once again, this revelation still leaves us with a lot of questions about the smartphone. The FCC docs clearly mention that the PI39110 is a Windows Phone device; other than that, details are sparse. Maybe more telling than what's here, though, is what's not.

The FCC tested the phone for voice and 2G data on the 850 and 1900MHz bands used by AT&T in the States, but there's no mention of any analysis of its 3G capabilities. Perhaps we're looking at a quad-band GSM device that's primarily going to be released in Europe/Asia, and so has the 3G bands to match? We could still see a similar model in the US, as another iteration under the PI39XXX banner, but the FCC has yet to spill the beans on any such model.

Update: This PI39XXX has shown up again, in the UAProf record for the TITAN X310e we just talked about. That would make this baby what we knew as the HTC Eternity.

ich weiss nicht ob sich hier noch jemand an mich erinnert...ich habe letztes Jahr ein Erfahrungsbericht über das HD7 geschrieben bevor es raus kam da ich eben in der Mobilfunkbranche tätig bin.

Ich habe auch ein Prototyp von HTC Titan für 2 Minuten oder so testen dürfen. Ich finde das Gerät überwältigend in Sachen Displaygröße und Verarbeitung. Irgendwie erinnerte mich das an HD2, alles irgendwie "mal wieder" ans Limit gepusht. Mit der Größe habe ich absolut keine Probleme....

HTC hat das fast das beste gemacht, was Microsoft momentan erlaubt. Leider...Sachen wie dualcore, LTE support, höhere Displayauflösung, bessere GPUs, NFC mehr Speicher etc. bleiben weiterhin ein Traum.

Microsoft rennt immer ein Jahr hinterher mit der Hardware...und wer wird sich ein Titan für 600€ kaufen, wenn es das Galaxy S II für 450€ (in Deutschland) gibt und das SGS II den Titan in allen Belangen den Rang abläuft außer bei Displaygröße? Ich würde sogar behaupten, dass 4.3 mehr "fans" hat als 4.7.

Wenn sich Microsoft nicht endlich mal dazu hinbewegt HIGH-END hardware zu unterstützen werden sie weiterhin der Konkurrenz hinterher laufen. HTC Titan ist was das HD7 hätte sein sollen....in 2010 versteht sich. Dafür das Samsung, LG, Motorola und HTC so schweres Geschütz in Sachen Android fahren, sieht Windows Phone relativ alt aus. Und aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass die Leute bereit sind viel Geld zu zahlen um ein tolles highend Smartphone zu besitzen. Warum Microsoft es nicht wahrhaben will bliebt mir weiterhin ein Rätsel.

Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass das HTC Titan in kürze wie alle anderen Windows Phones einen Preisabsturz erleiden wird. Nicht weil es schlecht ist, weil es aber bessere Alternativen gibt und nicht alle sind von Windows Phone so begeistert wie ich sondern wollen einfach ein tolles Handy, selbst wenn es mit Android läuft.

finde ich auch, das gerät ist gut verarbeitet und nicht so emfindlich wie beim HD7, wir erinnern uns das HD7 ist ein top gerät aber sehr emfindlich wenn es um das gehäuse und hardware tasten geht.... ich denke das titan ist eine art sportliche version des HD7, genau wie beim HD2 und Desire HD...

war Heute auf der IFA und habe mir das Gerät mal angesehen....alles ganz nett....aber es ist schon sehr sehr groß...fast wie das gerät von Samsung mit 5 Zoll. Und schneller oder besser als das HD7 konnte ich noch nicht feststellen, wobei ein wirkiches testen nicht möglich war. Dennoch es ist groß schon ganz nett aber son richtiges "handy/smartphone" ist es nicht mehr.
