Ja, wenn du anfängst, an der CPU-Taktrate rumzuschrauben und dir das Teil nachweilsich deswegen kaputt geht

Ich hab die Viper am ONE X laufen, bei dem device kam es nie zu S-OFF. Aber es gab immer wieder Gerüchte um nicht gewährte Garantieanspruche wegen offenem Bootloader.
Allerdings kann ich das nicht aus eigener Erfahrung sagen, mein HOX funzt tadellos.

Auch der Umtausch bei einem Defekt wird bei HTC anstandslos gemacht.
HTC war von Google dazu verpflichtet, den Bootloader freizugeben, ohne die Garantie zu verwähren.

Dazu muss man bei xda registriert/angemeldet sein und als Skin einen der beiden 2013er eingestellt haben.

Wegen HBOOT 1.54.0000:
revone S-OFF funktioniert damit leider (noch) nicht, also brauchst Du Unlock via HTC-Dev.
Ich weiss von einigen, die beim Sensation, One X etc. Unlock via HTC-Dev hatten und Hardwareschäden auf Garantie repariert bekamen.
Wie John aber schon sagte: Wenn die CPU einen Schaden hat und sie Dir nachweisen, dass sie z. B. mal übertaktet wurde, könnten sie die Garantie verweigern.

Wenn Du auf xda ganz runterscrollst, kannst Du links unten in einem kleinen PullDown den ForenSkin einstellen, Follow usw. funktioniert nur mit den beiden 2013 beta.

Bei mir hats kurz nach dem Flashen funktioniert, danach nicht mehr.

Was funktioniert da bei Dir nicht?
ElementalX funktionierte bei einigen Betatestern einwandfrei, könntest Du Deine Probleme etwas genauer erklären und evtl. bei FCs o. ä. einen Changelog (in den Tweaks) aufzeichnen lassen?

Hab den Fehler gefunden.
Neu muss auch in Venom Tweaks doublTap2Wake aktiviert sein...
Hab nun mein altes Backup zurückgeholt und werde Dirty Flashen und dann nochmals updaten.
Hoffe das klappt dann auch.

€: Ganz vergessen, nach dem FullWipe, hat Transparent NavBar und AppDrawer nicht mehr funktioniert,
Folder jedoch schon.
Kann das jemand nachvollziehen?

Sollte eigentlich bei FullWipe auch einwandfrei funktionieren, war auf jeden Fall in den Betatests nie ein Problem.

moin leute,

ich habs gestern abend mal (meinen vielen einstellungen zu liebe) mit einem dirty-flash probiert und habe bisher keine probleme.
es läuft merbar smoother und der batterieverbrauch ist oberste liga... wirklich tolle rom!

Bin bis jetzt auch mehr als zufrieden mit der Rom. Auch wenn Venom Tweaks nicht mehr Deutsch ist was zwar etwas schade ist, aber sind ja dem Englischen alle bisschen mächtig.

erst ging zwar der Markt nicht, aber nach einem Factory Reset klappte dies dann auch.

Man sagte mir jetzt aber, dass man mich beim Telefonieren teilweise schlecht hört. Dies aber nur, wenn ich ohne Headset telefoniere. Mit Headset hört man mich super. Habe denn Stock Kernel drauf. Hat sonst noch jemand diese Erfahrung gemacht?

ein kleiner Fehler ist auch noch eingebaut. Unter Notifications kann man Rotation auswählen, genau wie bei Quick Setings. Wenn man dies aber unter Notifications macht, wird es unter Quick Setings nicht auch auf on gestellt sondern immer noch als Off angezeigt. Ist aber kein Weltuntergang ist mir heute einfach aufgefallen

Ansonsten sehr zufrieden, Teetering funktioniert sehr gut was für mich primär das wichtige ist (hatte früher teilweise mit Unterbrechungen zu kämpfen).

Macht also super Arbeit - weiter so.

Freut uns, dass die ROM so gut gefällt.

Wegen Rotation bei Benachrichtigungen und Schnelleinstellungen:
Das hat schon seine Richtigkeit, dass man das für beide Optionen separat aktivieren muss.
