Wir brauchen mehr solcher Erfahrungsberichte
Das mit Leedroid ist ja schön und recht, aber da kommt halt wörtlich fast alle paar Tage, ne neue Version raus. Das ist Flash wahn ^^
Aber Leedroid ist hier wohl das meist genutzte Custom Rom und hat viele Fans.

Eine wichtige Frage die sich mir als Modaco User stellt ist,
wieso nutzen die meisten LeeDroid und nicht Modaco?

Die ständigen Verbindungsabbrüche beim Displayausschalten. Bin ich bei ICQ/Msn meldet mein Handy sich irgendwann plötzlich ab.. das regt mich wirklich auf.. finde ich sehr schade, es halt mal funktioniert!!

Aber hier geht's um die ROM's - ich weiss

Habe aber auch noch ein klasse Rom - wirklich seit 3 Wochen stabil (bisher nie abgestürtzt), schnell und sehr guten Batterieverbrauch
- Lambros Custom Rom R3.2 EXTREME - ich kann es nur empfehlen !!

Fast eine Minute. Das ist aber auch der einzige Nachteil. Vielleicht braucht der MoDaCo-Mann auf dem Startbildschirm so lange, bis er weiß was er booten soll ?

Ansonsten bis jetzt keine größeren sichtbaren Probleme.

Nein, das wird es wahrscheinlich nicht sein

Ich denke, es liegt am Dalvik Cache. Wenn zum Beispiel neue Apps hinzugefügt wurden, muss die Dalvik Virtual Machine (DVM) neue DEX-Dateien generieren und das dauert manchmal ne kleine Weile

Könnte natürlich auch sein, dass es an etwas anderem liegt, aber das kann ich nicht sagen, da ich kein Modaco ROM habe.

Konnte den Dalvik Cache ausschließen, denn das Problem besteht bei jedem
Start. Auch wenn keine neuen Apps installiert werden oder sonstiges
verändert wird.

Bei mir das selbe.
Aber sonst ist es ein flüssiges ROM. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe trotz ca. 300 installierten Programmen zwischen 70 und 80 MB internen Speicher frei. Kein Bug mehr hinsichtlich des Umschaltens zwischen WLAN und UMTS.
Außerdem finde ich die auswählbare Telefonapp-Variante (natives Android?) um Längen besser als die die unter 2.1 lief. Das Handy ruft durch die Unterteilung nicht mehr so oft zufällig irgendwo an .
WLAN ist auch deutlich besser in der Reichweite und hat n-Standard, wenn man es im Kitchen ausgewählt hat.

Ich bin insgesamt (wie schon mit der r3) sehr zufrieden.

Also bezüglich der Benchmarks:
Limpack: 29 bis 33
Quadrant : 1. Run 1104 / 2. Run 1252 / 3. Run 1292

Wie führe ich einen Browser-Benchmark durch?

Das Konzept ist, dass Klutsch weitere Updates in Form von kleinen Paketen ausliefern wird die dann direkt über ein Tool das er in die Rom implementieren wird installiert werden können . Das heißt das es theoretisch nie mehr nötig ist nach einem Update zu WIPEN und dass alle Settings und so erhalten bleiben.

Weiter wird es mit diesem Tool möglich sein verschiedene Dinge zu modifizieren.

"Kommende Features des Config-Tools / Whats planned?:
- Toggle all modules as in 0.x
- Restore and remove again all Removed apps
- Choose wake button
- AdBlock with auto self update (Need to figure out how to get the network to restart without a reboot)
- Rom Self Updater
- Intergration with ClockWorkMod recovery (Will have this embedded so if you use AmonRA's recovery it should still work)
- Batch apply/remove all of the above so only one reboot per tweak is needed."

Dieses ConfigTool ist im Moment noch nicht verfügbar, soll aber in den nächsten Tagen released werden.

Benchmark test ergab 27439 punkte.

Anbei noch ein bild wie das config-tool aussehen wird.

Coole Sache. Aber mit dem MCR R8 und dem Dolphin Browser habe ich
beim Benchmark um die 35000 Punkte

Mit dem dolphie browser bekomme ich 35769......
