Fehler bei Rooten, was muss ich machen?

Hallo, ich habe die [Anleitung] HTC Desire rooten (erst Anleitung) befolgt und bin bis Schritt

In der Konsole musst du jetzt 'step2-windows.bat', eingeben und mit Enter bestätigen.

gekommen.
Darauf hin habe ich leider nur eine Fehlermeldung bekommen und mein htc zeigt ein rotes Warndreieck auf dem Display.

Was muss ich machen? Anbei die Eingaben in der Eingabeaufforderung:

Hast du versucht, wenn du beim Warndreieck bist, den Befehl noch ein paar mal einzugeben?

hab ich versucht (auch, nochmal abstöpseln, anderer usb-port, etc)

System ist Win7 - 32bit

ich kann keine Sync-Verbindung mehr herstellen. Es wird dann immer der Modus USB-Debugging auf dem Android aktiviert

Was passiert eigentlich im step1.bat?

Ok, hier, was ich wiederholt habe:

Schalte das Desire aus. Halte die Zurück-Taste gedrückt und schalte das Gerät wieder ein. Nun wirst du auf dem Bildschirm das Wort FASTBOOT in einem Roten Kästchen sehen. Verbinde dein Desire wieder mit dem Computer.

Wichtig ist wahrscheinlich, dass das Desire erst dann wieder mit dem Computer verbunden wird (habe ich vielleicht beim ersten Mal nicht beachtet)

Darauf hin wird auch ein grünes Recovery-Menü angezeigt, Menü-Steuerung funktioniert hier aber nicht über Lautstärke-Wippe, sondern über Pointer.

hat alles geklappt!
allerdings funktioniert der HTC Sync leider immer noch nicht - hat da jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen kann (bekomme auch noch den Hinweis: USB-Debuggin verbunden)

ich glaube, wenn step 1 mit der Fehlermeldung aufhört, ist es nicht vernachlässigbar (Vergleiche mit meinem ersten Post, wo es einfach nach der Fehlermeldung aufhört).

Kann mir jemand vielleicht noch mit dem Sync helfen - was hat das mit dem Debugging Mode auf sich?
