Update des HTC Stock ROM für Europa, für Leute geeignet welche immer noch Stock ROM auf Ihrem Desire haben, immerhin enthält dieses Update Facebook 1.3.2 (im Market ist gerade 1.4 erschienen), und die Akkulaufzeit soll verbessert sein, berichten mehrere Nutzer auf XDA.

Es gibt auch eine infoffizielle Version davon welche sich als ZIP installieren lässt, bereits gerootet ist, und einige Patches enthält:
Removed boot sound by editing system/customize/CID/default.xml and HTC__*.xml.

Used dsixda kitchen 0.104 to add:
- root
- a2sd (with cache2sd)
- BusyBox
- bash

Modified update-script to use built in sh as shell (not bash).

Super Circle Battery Mod (fightspit)
- got SHTF from http://circle.glx.nl/battery_custom/index.php so built manually with apktool 1.3.1. Manually updated APK with some binary xml files from original to avoid "&" being changed to "&".

Removed GSD.apk (needed to make space on /system for the above additions).

Re-signed all APK that were signed with the android@htc.com cert (so that framework-res.apk cert matches cert of other APKs).
