Naja, dann halt wieder mit den fastboot-befehlen von HTC S-OFF einrichten.
Habe ich aber noch nie gemacht....

Warum Du überhaupt S-ON wieder eingerichtet hast muss ich ja nicht nachvollziehen können

Warte, ich lese mal für Dich die Anleitungen und versuche das im Kopf zu simulieren was Du am Gerät machen musst...

Ich finde es grade nicht, versuch halt nochmal über htcdev Dein Sensa S-Off zu schalten mit E-Mail etc.

du opferst hier Stunden am PC nur für einen Hirnlosen der nicht mit English,PC und Smartphones umgehen kann nur das er später zufrieden ist und eine tolle ROM auf seinem Handy hat RESPECT habe selten nur annähernd so soziale Leute wie dich gesehen das gleiche gilt auch für FlolB

Ich habe halt keine Lust, S-ON einzurichten um das probieren zu können

Kann ich, wie gesagt, nicht nachprüfen...
Evtl. eine ältere Firmware aus den Anleitungen flashen und so versuchen, S-ON zu erreichen...

Oder gleich die neueste von Mike probieren, dann müsstest Du aber auf z. B. Elegancia ICS 2.1.0 wechseln.

Ehrlich gesagt habe ich im Moment keine Ahnung, was in Deiner Situation gerade die beste und sicherste Lösung wäre...

also jetzt bringst du mich völlich durcheinander wenn ich jetzt ne neue rom drauf will muss ich die ja auch über recovery installieren denn mein ICS hängt sich ja beim booten auf aber ich hab jetzt mal nach Eledingsbums gegoogelt und nichts mit ner zip fürs recovern gefunden währst du nochmal so nett und suchst mir morgen einen Link ?? fände ich klasse ich will jetzt mal wieder ein handy das funktioniert und so lass ich es dann auch biss Revolutionary die 1.20.0000 HBOOT unterstützt

Erstmal brauchst Du S-Off, dazu meinte ich, kann man z. B. die Firmware versuchen:

Runterscrollen bis
*** Firmware MUST be flashed first via HBOOT ***
und auf
Download Firmware (19MB)
klicken.

Hier sollte S-OFF und eine Recovery enthalten sein, dann erstmal z. B. die BlackICE aus diesem Thread flashen.

Die PG58IMG.zip musst Du (z. B. mit Kartenleser am PC) direkt auf SD kopieren.
Dann mit Leise+Power halten in den bootloader starten und den Anweisungen folgen (mit Vol+ yes bestätigen und Sensa machen lassen bis es sagt "Power to reboot")
Während dem reboot Akku raus, SD wieder in den Kartenleser und mit PC die PG58IMG.zip von der SD löschen.

Akku, SD-Karte ins Sensa, wieder in den Bootloader, mit leise auf Recovery und mit Power bestätigen, dann solltest du ins Recovery kommen und die ROM flashen können.

Alles weitere können wir dann machen, wenn das hier funktioniert hat.
