OK, so don't haze me if I put this in the wrong section, it could go in many. Jus move it if it doesn't belong here, I put it here because this seems like an advanced issue.
I'm sure that we were all disappointed that M$ decided to hand out Win10 IoT instead of a real version of Windows (don't go off on how the OS is defined by the kernel).
My question is this: Is it possible, even in theory, to run Windows 10 on the Pi2? I know there are many phones out there that use ARM based chips, so certainly there's a version of Windows 10 that will run on an ARM chip. The Pi2's specs are fairly close to the minimum requirements for the Win10 full version, so I would think that running in a minimalistic mode, it could achieve decent performance.
So in short, Q: Run real Win10 on Pi2?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

Windows iot is as close to full Windows as it goes. Under the hood there are more functions on ARM available than visible, you can compile (some) desktop applications to run on iot. But for example the x86 emulation will never run on pi due to cpu requirements.
