Habe im Eingangsthread für die aktuelle Firmware XXUBMF8 entsprechende Download-Links für die Framework App und dazugehörige Restore Framework App hinzugefügt ;-).

Ich lasse die Anmerkung im Eingangsthread erst einmal so stehen, um entsprechend auf dieses Problem hinzuweisen, falls genau aus diesem Grund wieder ein Upgrade erfolgt und sich die Leutchen dann fragen, was ist denn nun schon wieder los ;-), wieso habe ich denn schon wieder einen Bootloop, bzw. Bootscreen ist gefreezt ;-).
Funktionieren tut das Ganze, aber getestet nur mit den aktuellen Versionen der beiden Programme und auf der MF8. Sobald eine neue Version oder eine andere Firmware kommt, kann das schon wieder ganz anders aussehen und man hat ggf einen Soft-Brick!
Das werden wir dann merken :-P Solange man noch ins Recovery kommt und das Nandroid-Backup wieder einspielen kann ... :cool:
Es tut sich nach seinem Urlaub wohl wieder was bei JKAY. Die 0.3alpha ist jetzt auch für die MF8 da und außerdem gibts folgende Neuigkeiten für die 0.4alpha (mit der ich persönlich in Küze rechne):
Added actions like: Remove foreground, kill foreground, multi window show/hide, flashlight on/off etc..
Also added some default profiles with icons like: restart menu, wifi toggle, flashlight toggle etc..
Also added ability to apply these profiles on back button and on home button (home button can use different profiles when on lock screen.. while back button is disabled on lock screen )
Also added ability to select unkillable apps... thats apps that can't be killed by kill or remove actions.
Also added features for the buttons and flashlight like time-out etc..
Added a few more actions like recent apps toggle and unlock.
Added profile support for long press menu key and double click home... here you can also have a different action on lock screen.
Added free default profiles for launching Google search, Voice search, S Voice, Recent apps show/hide, unlock...

Mal ne Frage: Könnte man sich mit dem Restore Framework Zips von JKAY eigentlich das komplette Neuflashen einer ganzen FW sparen, wenn man 3 Minit und JKAY zusammen nutzen möchte? Falls das noch niemand probiert hat, teste ich es mal beim nächsten Update.
Ich glaube nicht, dass das funktioniert, wenn man gleichzeitig die 3Minit drauf hat. Es wäre wohl eher so, dass das Restore des JKay nicht nur die Stock Framework wieder herstellt, sondern dabei auch gleich die Einträge des 3Minit zerschießt ! Ums Flashen der FW wird man wohl nicht drumrum kommen, solange man beide nutzen möchte ... ;-)
Aber Du kannst es ja mal probieren und uns unterrichten ;-)

Da wir (die wir beides nutzen: JKay und 3Minit) erst den 3Minit flashen und zuletzt den JKay, müsste ja nun auch das Update des JKay einfach drüber zu flashen sein ... (?) Werde es heute Abend mal testen und dann berichten ;-)
Also bei läuft es bisher seit 10 Minuten problemlos. Könnte aber (z.B. beim Flashlight) zu Problemen kommen, da beide Mods da ein Feature haben.

Flashreihenfolge beachten:
Erst Flashen der deodexed Firmware (ohne Wipe) und was Ihr sonst noch braucht (Recovery, Kernel, Truley Script, etc.)
Dann zuerst die 3Minit 2.5
Und zuletzt die JKay 0.4
Hier noch ein Kurzbericht zu verschiedenen Kleinigkeiten, die nicht funktionieren, wenn man die JKay und die 3Minit Framework zusammen laufen hat:
- Bei Verwendung des S-View Covers lässt sich mit der 3Minit nicht die Schriftfarbe der Uhr und des Datums im S-View Fenster verändern
- Die normale Standard-Funktion des Home-Button (Return to Homescreen und Put active App to Background) funktioniert nicht - long Press Funktion funktioniert aber.
- Hide Carrier text on Lockscreen funktioniert nicht.
- Start Torch on Lockscreen (long press) funktioniert nicht.
So, das wars mal fürs erste. Für mich persönlich bisher alles Dinge, mit denen ich leben kann ... ;-)

@kruckb, wieso nutzt Du beide Mods? sind ja beide mit fast identischen Funktionen...
Ich wüsste jetzt nicht was ich benötige, was ich mit 3minit nicht kann.
Na, ganz einfach ;-) --> der JKay hat keine Farbenänderung der Statusleiste (und Uhr- Settings etc.) und die 3Minit hat keine LED-Einstellungen.
Beides möchte ich aber ! :top: Und wie gesagt: Funktioniert ja.
Für die LED habe ich Light Manager daher kann ich auf JKay verzichten ;)
