Die Rom gibts jetzt wieder in Standard ( Lite ) und Ultimate ( wie gehabt mit allem drinne )

Standard

UltimaROM v13 sees the return of the “Standard” version by popular demand! This version doesn’t include the choices of the Ultimate version and instead has a preconfigured set of apps.

Where applicable, the themed AOSP apps are used (Mms, Contacts, EMail, Browser, etc) as well as any themed apps. All System apps/”Bloat” is removed. Instead, if you want to configure the ROM further you should download the packages from the Mods section of the website, or the OTA app on the ROM. Flashing these files you can configure certain features as you would in the Ultimate package!

The kernel for Standard is Boeffla, by AndiP and the modem and RIL are the latest XXEMD3 versions (XXEMB6, I believe). Again, these can be changed from the Mods section downloads.

Finally, if you want to change kernels to a different one, you should use the package in the mods section to do this. Even if the one included in it is out of date, it will set the Kernels page of the Advanced Settings app properly, then you can flash the most recent package from the kernel dev.

The AROMA installer is being used to give you the choice of what is installed. You can choose which, if any, system apps to install

No need to wipe data in CWM/TWRP beforehand. Can be done from the installer. You may wipe System, Data and SDCard, or a combination of those.

Installer will automatically clear dalvik cache and cache!

CWM 6+ or TWRP 2.X.X.X Recommended. CWM5 is not compatible.

Eigentlich schade, zuviel Bloatware und noch grösser als die Stockrom. Mit ARHD 17.1 oder dem bald erscheinenden SuperNexus V6 ist ma da besser bedient.

Also das mit der Bloatwarr ist easy. Bei der Installation über den Aroma Installer bestimmst du ja was drauf soll und was nicht ( Samsung Apps und der gleichen ) . Was du nicht magst einfach deaktivieren, und gut ist. So bleibt dein System schlank. Und was die grösse angeht.. nach der Installation ist das System nicht grösser aly Stock...den Installer ( das eine Giga , kickst ja e wieder weg)

also ARHD ist nit so meins.... hab es drauf gehabt und irgendwie kleine Probleme gehabt. Bin dann auf Foxhound und die find ich um einiges besser.

Ich hab immer den XDA-Link genommen und an der falschen Stelle gedrückt. Daher bin ich nicht zu den Mirrors gekommen :mad:

wie bring ich den google suchbalken weg vom homescreen?

wie nehme ich andere hintergrundbilder für den locksreen, hab nur die original samsung zur auswahl

Naja das mit dem Suchbalken hängt wohl vom gewählten Launcher ab . Normalerweise drufftouch und wegschieb wie alle anderen Wigets.

Das mit de Bildern kann ich dir grad nich sagen da ich den Asop Lockscreen drin hab und da das Bild nicht verändert hab. Gibt aber gewiss n Ordner wo die Bilder drinne liegen. Kann dir nur nicht sagen wo . Sry

Der Fix ist wie gesagt wohl schon in allen Kernels enthalten. Einfach den ROM mit irgendeinem Kernel flashen. Der Stock sollte den hier aber ebenfalls schon haben.

Mir gefällt diese Ultima ROM 9 sehr gut vom Speed her und vom Aussehen. Ich nutze ein Galaxy S3. Meine Fragen dazu:

Welches Modem Version ist nötig im CH Netz?
Welche CH spezifischen Einstellungen sind bei der Installation sonst noch nötig?
Welche Kamera Version passt am besten zum Galaxy S3, ist die Nexus Cam Version besser?
Habt Ihr sonst noch Tipps ?

Hallo

Ich selbst (Swisscom Kunde) nutze das All4 Modem . Das Modem wird sonst auch bei ungebrandeten Sgs 3 in der Schweiz eingesetzt. Als Alternative bietet sich das All5 , was bei der Swisscom geflasht wird.

Was die Kamera betrifft rate ich dir von der Nexus Cam ab , da sie leider nicht fehlerfrei läuft und auch Probleme beim Lockscreen Wallpaper macht. Empfehlung => HyperX Mode Cam und alles passt :) inkl der Funktion ,Bilder per Vol Up zu machen .

Sonst gibts nix weiteres was es speziefisch fürs Schweizer Netz einzustellen gäbe.

Ist das der Samsung Stock Launcher? Dann kannst dus nicht verschieben. Mit anderen Launchern kannst dus so wie jede andere App verschieben.

Und wie kann ich das andern.,?

Einfach anderen Laucher downloaden aus Store. Zb Go Laucher , Nova Laucher , Holo Launcher ...etc

MultiWindow Control. Das ist aber ein Mod, die App ist nur dazu da, dass man auswählen kann welche Apps in MW erscheinen sollen.

EDIT: Ich geh mal davon aus du meinst das.^^
