MP4forHD converter für HTC hd2

Hi, Ich krieg dieses Programm einfach nicht gebacken.. und muss mich unterstützen lassen.. Hab mir die neuste version installiert, und möchte gerne eine flv datei convertieren und auf das handy tun.. so.. unter profile hab ich HD2 gewählt ist ja klar.. video codec: x264 2 pass Es passiert einfach nichts.. wollt gern wissen ob das bei euch auch so ist.. Ich lade die Datei, dann steht viel an informationen glaub ich.. k.a was das ist.. und wenn ich start klicke, step 1, step 2, step3 und in 5sec isses fertisch???
