Das Line-Up von E-TEN an der CeBIT
msmobiles hat alle Geräte von E-TEN, das erst vor kurzem durch Acer übernommen wurde, mit den dazugehörigen Specs fotografiert.
Die Devices von E-TEN sind meist mit einem FM-Transmitter, GPS und VGA ausgerüstet, neuere Geräte bieten sogar DVB-T. Vor allem das V900 sieht natürlich sehr vielversprechend aus, schade fehlt eine QWERTZ-Tastatur.

Afaik wurde E-TEN aber nicht übernommen, sondern nur eine Bestätigung über ein Aktiengeschäft gemacht, oder?

E-TEN Information Systems has announced that it has accepted an acquisition offer from the world's third-ranked PC vendor, Acer Inc. The deal is expected to accelerate the penetration of E-TEN's products and services, including Glofiish-brand Pocket PC Phones, on a global level while enabling E-TEN to deliver more efficient local support to its existing customers.

Ebben acquisition. Bei MoDaCo (Englisch) disktuiert man auch darüber, drum ist es mir aufgefallen.

The implied value of the transaction is based on the share exchange ratio and the current trading value of Acer's shares at the present time. Could be lower in 6 months time...could be higher. No monetery value has actually been placed on the trade by Acer it's just an estimate.
