in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Note 4 Team ist nun das erste CM 12 (Android 5.0.2.) ROM bei den XDA`s gelistet, micky387 und sein Team haben das CM 12 erfolgreich geportet!

Hello.

After many many hours,days month..... of learn,download,build,wipe data,soft brick compile,fix error,make working good kernel, i proud to share with you my lest work for SM-N915F/SM-915FY

This Rom is in beta but working very well for Daily use

I want to say big thanks to "NOTE 4 TEAM" for his project. I just port (not very easy for me) to your Note EDGE.
It's note edge device tree so if you want to port for your variant,look to my github

INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION
Download my last version
reboot into recovery
[ For First install ] Make FULL WIPE (wipe factory reset and system)
flash my rom and without reboot GAPPS
reboot
profite

BE CAREFUL
Dont try to change root access . This ROM is already rooted. You go to break many think inside. Kernel stuff too.
To activate it,enable Developer Option LOOK HERE and search inside

CM12 Known issue's (not specific to the note edge)
* Ringtones only work from internal SD card (not external sd card)
* Hardware encryption not functionally
* Fingerprint sensor not integrated just yet.

*Known issue's:
* The CM messenger app doesnt send MMS correctly, use google messenger for MMS.
* Google camera sometimes doenst close correctly on CM12-1 and then will yield a 'cant connect to camera', I'd suggest not to use Google camera. All other cam apps work fine.

EDGE FEATURE NOT INTEGRATED. PLEASE DONT ASK ALL THE TIME

You can now choose custom color display with my tweak kernel and app of @gekkehenkie11 thanks to him MDSNI TUNER V1.1

Wenn man dann auch noch das Edge Panel zum laufen bringt, wird das meine neue ROM.

... mal ein erster Schritt :top: Aber ohne Edge ja wohl momentan noch ziemlich sinnbefreit auf dem Note EDGE, oder ? :irre: ;-)

Habs heute getestet, rennt super, Vorteil wiederum: XPosed Framework läuft! :-) Hat alles Vor und Nachteile! Aber Ohne Panel schon dooooof! :-)

Es gibt ein neues Update der ROM, gefixt wurde:

changelog:

• fix menu buttom
• Note EDGE is now by default in Bluetooth setting.
• Add Many blobs (lib) to edge and apk system too.
• Vibration in virtual key

kein Wipe nötig, einfach die aktuelle ROM drüberflashen und Wipe Cache und Dalvik machen!

Nein, das Edge Panel geht nicht! Habe deswegen wieder das Megatooth geflasht...aber es lief erste Sahne....

Man könnte alternativ ne Sidebar installieren und auf die rechte Seite verlagern, dann hätte man zumindest ne Appleiste. ;)

falls es jmd testet, könntet ihr bitte mal nen Sidebar App installieren und n Screenshot senden, ob sich die Sidebar auf das Edge Panel setzt? :)

Hab sie zwar getestet, dann aber wieder auf Megatooth v4.0 zurückgeflasht! das mit Sidebars funktioniert aber...
Grund warum ich wieder gewechselt habe? OK, mich nervt es einzig und alleine, das das Display natürlich komplett über die Edge geht, so komm ich bei verschiedenen Aktionen halt trotzdem immer irgenwie an das Edge und es passieren mir dann z.B. beim schreiben zu viele Flüchtigkeitsfehler... :-) Sobal das EDGE Panel gemoddet wird bin ich sofort auf der FW! :-)

Ich Hab Die Rom Seit Paar Wochen Drauf, Für Den Alltag Ist Sie Eig OK! Nur Das Des EDGE Panel Fehlt Muss Man Sich Halt Dran Gewöhnen, Aber Ich Finde Es Abwechwechlungsreich(: Nur Beim Telefonieren wird das Handy Glühend Heis... Einige Bugs Hat Es Ja Aber Es Ist Ja Eine Beta:)
