Problem mit Powertaste

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe das blaue SIII nun seit gestern und bin begeistert, abgesehen von folgendem Problem/folgenden Problemen.

Die Powertaste hat einen extrem miesen Druckpunkt, scheint irgendwie eingedrückt zu bleiben manchmal. Im Vergleich zum Volume Regler ist das ein Riesenunterschied. Gleichzeitig startet das Telefon einfach mal neu, teilweise auch 5 mal hintereinander. Ich dachte, dass es sich wirklich um einen eingedrückten Powerbutton handelt, der das Telefon dann zum Restart bewegt, aber es passiert halt nicht nur beim Bildschirm ausstellen, sondern manchmal auch, ohne, dass ich vorher irgendetwas gedrückt habe. Also, wenns aufm Tisch liegt, z.B.

Hat irgendwer die selben Probleme? Ist das eures Erachtens ein Umtauschgrund?

also meine tasten sind absolut identisch.ich würde es erwägen einen umtausch durchzuführen.

I bought Galaxy S3 yesterday in MediaMarkt Karlsruhe with this problem. It was not very critical, but quite unpleasant for a device of this price category. Today in the morning the button stuck completely and the phone started rebooting endlessly.

I exchanged the phone - this went without any question, but the new device has again the same problem. I compared it with the 3 devices on exhibition stand - those have perfect buttons with nice and clear clicks.

The guy in the shop said that he can exchange the phone only if the button does not work, e.g. the phone reboots on its own. Wondering how long will it be, until the button in the new phone dies, too.

no-no-no. The new device works, but the power button is a bit sticky, just like it was with the first phone in the beginning. It works OK, but "feels shitty".

It was the same with the first phone in the beginning, but the button stuck completely on the next day. According to the man in the shop, I can exchange the phone if it does not work, but I cannot exchange it only if it only "feels shitty".

Ich habe das selbe Problem mit der Lautstärkewippe. Die war bei mir nach 3 Tagen eingedrückt. Sollte wirklich nicht sein bei einem Gerät dieser Klasse!!!
Leider habe ich es bei T-Mobile gekauft inkl. Vertrag, die behaupten jetzt ständig es kann noch nicht repariert werden weil es zu neu ist?!? Und ein Umtauschgerät wollen Sie nicht rausrücken, oder haben keins (angeblich Lieferengpass, habe das weiße) Werde aber beharrlich dran bleiben. Interessant zu hören dass andere ähnliche Probleme haben. Fehler in der Serie?

ach ok i understand it now ;) i would watch it and us the powerbutton often :P u have 2 years of guarantee for the phone and when the problem appears again bring it back . But dont lose the bill

schreib mal Samsung an. Die schicken dich vielleicht zu dem regionalen Reparierservice

Hallo

ich hab das gleiche Problem mit der Powertaste. Ist nur blöd....hab über Handy-Deutschland das Gerät geordert und nen Vertrag bei der Telekom. Mhm, wer ist jetzt mein Ansprechpartner für ein Geräteaustausch?

Im Zweifelsfall mal ne Mail hinschicken, aber ich glaube, da kannst du es auch im nächsten T-Shop probieren

Ich hatte dasselbe Problem: Der Powerbutton/Tastensperre ließ sich nicht anständig drücken und war oft eingeklemmt. Hab`s meinem Handyverkäufer gegeben und dessen Techniker hat das Problem erkannt: Die Schale hat nicht richtig gepasst (war nen Millimeter zu groß). Er hat sich ein bisschen abgeschliffen oder so und seit dem habe ich keinerlei Problem mehr - die Taste drückt sich ganz normal!
