2. wipe Cache und Dalvik
2a. besser zusätzlich factory reset und
3. Install Base Rom (z.B b33)
4. Reboot to Recovery
5. Install addon (z.B b33 addon)
6. Install neusten Gapps:

There is also an issue found on the official version, when you insert the pin code into the ROM performs a soft reset.
