Handy geschrottet bootet nicht kein Bootloader mehr!

Hallo zusammen

ich hade das Wochenede genutzt um mein Xperia zu flashen. Zuerst klappte alles gut bis ich ein spezielles Rom installiert habe. Danach stand noch etwas von bootloader invalide und nach einem Neustart ging nichts mehr.
Auch eine Neuinstallation via SUS geht nicht.

Hat jemand eine Idee was ich noch tun kann?
Die Zurücktaste scheint nicht zu reagieren.

ownload SE PC companion and install it:

Open Sony Ericsson PC Companion when it´s installed:
Choose Support Zone(Start/Begin)->updating the phone software: it will pop up a message phone not found. Search for blue marked: Repair phone. Click on it and follow instructions on how to do.
