USE PRECONFIG FOR CHANGE CSC

To use preconfig you need do have bettercut.apk or adb
for adb go in debug mode with your phone
open command in windows(adb folder)(shift right mouse open commandpromt here)
Then use following command
1. adb shell
2. am start -a android.intent.action.MAIN -n com.android.Preconfig/com.android.Preconfig.Preconfig
now your phone is in preconfig and you can select your csc
WARNING THIS WILl MAKE A FULL RESET OF YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!
