Hier die 2. Version der stark reduzierten Desire HD Version. Mittlerweile kann man alle entfernten Programmen und Widgets via Droidexplorer nachinstallieren. Allerdings ist da momentan keine Tastatur dabei. Ich habe mal zwei Tastaturen angefügt, die auch via Droidexplorer installiert werden können.
Ob ihr diese Version installieren wollt, überlasse ich euch, denn die neue Version ist schon angekündigt (siehe Changelog). Wann die aber kommt, weiß ich nicht, kann noch dauern.
Ich finde diese Version einfach nur Klasse: Es ist relativ schnell und das wichtigste für mich ist, dass ich genau das drauf installieren kann, was ich möchte und das mit Sense.

Installation:
You need to enter MAGLDR's Menu (hold power button during boot if you got a nand build already)
and select "USB Flasher" via "VolUp" and "VolDown". Confirm key is "green", and roll the Feather inside your HD2 =P

How much Internal Free space does this build have?
-Its about 220mb.
Why Clock's widget isn't showing my location?
-It's Bugged, it will be fixed in the next version.
-Solution: Set up a Location manually.
How to install the 'removed apps'?
-There are many methods.. and the best one is using Droid Explorer or anything similar (i have 'ubuntu' i can't try those methods.. the only method that works for me is "ADB" on Terminal as seen HERE)

Do i have to wait so long to get an accurate GPS fix?
-No, i've tested this with many other members, so far GPS works fine.
What about the Battery drain on standby?
-It may vary between 2-5mA (for me its a constant 3mA, some others reported 2mA)
What about WiFi and BT MAC address?
-As for now its only showing 00:11:22:33:44:55, its Kernel related.

Die Datei (1) und (2) müssen mit den Droidexplorer in den System/App Ordner geschoben werden. Das gillt auch für alle anderen Apps, die ihr aus dem "removed Apps" Ordner installieren wollt.
Die Gingebread Tastatur ließ sich bei mir nur normal über das Handy installieren, alles andere brachte Fehlermeldungen...

Ich wollte nur anmerken, dass dieses Rom nun seit einen Tag super bei mir läuft! Ich wollte unbedingt ein HD Rom weil
1. Ich dort nie Verbindungsabbrüche habe und
2. dort die Kamera meiner Meinung nach am besten ist
3. Die Verknüpfung der Kontakte mit Facebook super läuft!
Das ist hier wirklich große Klasse, dass man sich das alles exakt so einrichten kann, wie man möchte! Ich brauche hier auch kein EXT4, da einfach locke genug Platz da ist (Navigon und Swype läuft top!) .Will man viele Sachen von den "removed apps" installieren, sollte man
1. Den app Ordner vergrößern. Das ist sehr einfach und geht wie hier beschrieben. 10-15 MB sollten locker reichen.
2. Danach zieht man alle Widget und die oben angehängte Tastatur (1) und (2) via Droidexplorer in den Ordner System/Apps
3. Wenn er mit kopieren fertig ist, sollte man einen Neustart machen
4. Jetzt zu den Eingabemethoden in den Einstellungen gehen und die Tastatur aktivieren und auf Deutsch stellen.
5. Jetzt kann man sich alles einrichten wie man mag.
Sollte ein Widget wieder Erwarten nicht erscheinen, einfach nochmal das Widget mit den Droidexplorer reinziehen, evtl. die Odex Datei und das Widget einzelnd und nacheinander. Manchmal scheint der Droidexplorer da Probleme zu haben ohne einen Error zu zeigen.
Ich habe danach noch den aktuellen Kernel von MDJ installiert.
Ich bin super zufrieden, habe alles was ich brauche und immer noc,h obwohl alle apps installiert sind die ich will, 130 MB Platz.
Manche scheinen Probleme mit der Anzeige des Ortes in der Uhr zu haben. Ich hatte jedoch keine, habe jedoch auch das HTC Setup mit installiert und beautiful Widgets.
Die angekündigte Version 3 verschiebt sich ein wenig, da er im Moment viel zu tun hat, aber er sitzt jetzt wieder dran.

Ich hatte sie auch gestern drauf - und war eigentlich auch begeistert! Doof war nur, dass ich deinen Tipp mit den Widgets nicht hatte! Ich hab sie 2x rein kopiert und jedesmal konnte ich sie dann nach dem Neustart nicht auswählen - war ich wohl zu ungeduldig;)...
Naja, hab mir dann das Revolution 2.3 von MDJ drauf gemacht - das läuft sogar noch einen Zacken besser - aber beim nächsten Update werd ich noch einmal versuchen!

Wie schnell läuft die ROM denn?
Vergleiche zu gauner's ROM? Die lief zwar ganz in Ordnung, allerdings immer noch mit Rucklern..

Hallo Zusammen !
Habe ein kleines Problem beim Flashen ....
Sobald ich das gerät verbunden habe und die daf exe starte kommt der erste grün umrandete bildschirm...den bestätig eich und dann kommt folgende fehlermeldung in dem weissen fenster in der mitte ...Readme.txt for this release is missing......
weiss jemand warum wieso weshalb es so ist ?

Ja, weil dir höchstwahrscheinlich die Readme.txt fehlt?^^
Erstell dir einfach eine und gut ist^^ wunder dich dann aber nicht wenn du diese leer lässt wenn im zweiten Screen kein Text steht^^
BTW, das ist keine Fehlermeldung, du kannst einfach weitermachen. Normalerweise schreiben dort die Devs ihre Version rein und ggf. noch was zusätzlich beachtet werden muss.
