Yor PC/Device needs to be repaired

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit dem Lumia 535 eines Kollegen,


Das Display zeigt folgende Meldung:

Your PC needs to be repaired

The Boot Configuration Data file is missing some required information.
File: \BCD
Error Code: 0x0000034
You'll need to use the recovery tools on your insatllation media. If you don't have any installation
media (like a disk or USB device), contact your system administrator or PC manufacturer.

Press the Windows key for UEFI Firmware Settings

Das Gerät wird am PC nicht erkannt.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Vllt. lässt es sich ja mit dem Windows Phone Software Recovery Tool wiederbeleben: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/mobil...topic=FA142987

Das sollte eigentlich theoretisch auch im Bootprozess das erneute Flashen einleiten können. Wenn auch das nicht mehr klappt wird man das Gerät einschicken müssen.

Hallo,

danke für die Antwort, das hat geholfen aber erst als ich das Gerät während es am PC angeschlossen war neu gestartet habe.
Ich hatte das "Lumia Software Recovery Tool" schon versucht ging aber nicht.
