Lösung:

Wenn es zu diesem Fehler kommt, schließe alle Programme, die auf dem PC am laufen sind und starte die CustomRUU_v1.1.exe erneut

ERROR [206] : MEMORY ALLOCATION

When you see any of these error messages, close other running programs on the computer and run RUU again.
